Merlin Hotel Istanbul

The location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. It was also very convenient to access the Marmaray tram and the Havaist bus station from this hotel. The staff was helpful, even upgrading my room to a beautiful without any extra charge. The breakfast, though not very diverse, was satisfying.

As backpackers, we loved the value for money at Database Location. The staff provided excellent service and even upgraded us to a larger room. The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing public transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at Merlin Hotel to Istanbul. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, the sea side, and public transportation. The value for the price we paid was excellent. The receptionists were helpful and provided us with an excellent level of service. We were impressed with the overall experience, which rivaled even some 5-star hotels we've stayed in before. Despite being a quick stay, our time at Merlin Hotel was so nice. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location in the center of Bakirkoy area proved to be perfect. It was conveniently near the train station and within close proximity to the city center and the sea. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, with lovely and new sheets and pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped with up-to-standard toiletries.

The breakfast lacked variety, with no change in options over a five-day stay. The coffee provided was also disappointing.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us since it was in the heart of the shopping area and very close to the sea and the Havarist bus station. The service was great, we were offered room service, car hire, dry cleaning service, and the housekeeping staff took care of us. We really appreciated the airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. Our room was very comfortable with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and soundproofed walls. The electric kettle and AM/FM alarm clock were convenient for us, and we enjoyed watching the flat-screen TV. The restaurant here was top notch, and they even brought us breakfast in our room. The staff was always helpful and welcoming, and it was great to see someone working the night shift.

The location was great, with plenty of street food, shops, and malls nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was always fresh and had a good variety. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to arrange a last-minute taxi for me during bad weather.

There were some maintenance issues in the room, like leaks in the bathroom ceiling and standing water that caused a strange smell. The cleaning could have been more thorough, as there were dust and hair left on the floor.
